At Dental Creations, Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-fabricated dental restorations. Because every case is made to prescription specifications, our products are not eligible for traditional returns — however, we do offer refunds or remakes in appropriate situations.
Custom Work and Eligibility
All restorations are made to order and customized for individual patients. As a result, refunds are generally not issued unless:

There is a confirmed fabrication or material defect

The issue is reported within 10 business days of receiving the case

The original item is returned (if applicable) for evaluation

The case does not meet quality expectations due to a lab-related issue
Cases with prescription changes, inaccurate impressions, or incomplete submissions are not eligible for refund but may be remade at standard rates.
Remakes or Credits
In the event of an error on our part, we may offer:

A no-charge remake

A partial or full refund

A credit applied to your account for future services
Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
