Dental Creations, Inc. wants dentalcreationsinc.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built and maintained, not an add-on.

Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We believe the site substantially meets that standard, and we fix gaps as we find them.

What the site does

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and page landmarks
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers
  • Full keyboard access, visible focus indicators and a skip link to the main content
  • Text color contrast that meets WCAG AA
  • Labeled form fields, including the contact and case submission forms, with clear error messages and status messages announced to screen readers
  • Support for browser zoom, larger text and reduced-motion settings
  • No accessibility overlays, auto-playing media or time limits on forms

How we check it

Pages are checked with automated accessibility testing and manual keyboard review when they are added or changed. The site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox and with common screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA.

Known limitations

  • Prescription PDF. The fillable prescription form has labeled fields, but PDF support varies between readers. If it does not work with your assistive technology, the online case submission form collects the same information.
  • Uploaded files and third-party pages. Scans, photos and documents you upload, and outside pages we link to such as Google Maps and Google Reviews, are outside our control.

If you run into a barrier on the site or need information in another format, contact us by phone or email. Tell us the page and what happened if you can. We will help you directly, aim to respond within two business days and work to fix the problem.
