Most cases are completed within 8-9 business days. Rush service may be available depending on your needs and lab capacity.

Yes, we offer local pickup and delivery throughout the Greater Boston area. Contact us to schedule a pickup or drop-off.

Yes, custom shading is available to help you achieve the most natural and esthetic restorations possible.
6. Do you offer custom shading services?
No. Dental Creations Inc. only works with licensed dental professionals. We do not accept cases or inquiries directly from patients.
7. Do you work directly with patients?
You can send digital Rx to ron@dentalcreations.net and arrange pickup or shipping. Contact us if you need guidance submitting your first case.
8. How do I send a case?
Yes, we’re flexible and happy to accommodate specific requests whenever possible, including alloys, brands, or lab protocols.
9. Can I request specific materials or brands?
Yes, we encourage open communication and welcome phone consultations to review complex cases or provide a second opinion.
10. Are consultations available for complex cases?
Yes, every restoration is personally inspected by a member of the Guarino family before it leaves the lab to ensure consistent quality.
11. Is every case inspected before delivery?
In many situations, yes. Please contact us ahead of time so we can confirm timing and accommodate your case appropriately.

We serve dental professionals across Massachusetts and New England, with a focus on the Greater Boston region. We can work across the country.
